1. What cookies are

They are small files stored on your device when you visit a website, allowing information about your browsing to be remembered.

2. Cookies we use

This site uses as few cookies as possible:

• Technical or necessary: they make the site work (portal session and chosen language). They do not require consent.
• Aggregated analytics: they tell us which sections are consulted most, without identifying you personally.
• Advertising measurement (Meta): only if you accept them. They let us know whether an ad ended in a real enquiry, and avoid showing you the same ad once you have written to us.

3. The Meta pixel

If you accept measurement, we load the Meta Platforms, Inc. pixel. It records the pages you view within this site and whether you complete an action such as submitting a form or opening WhatsApp, and associates that with the identifier Meta already holds for your browser. This involves a data transfer to the United States.

We use it for one thing only: to learn which ads bring real clients and which only bring clicks. We neither buy nor sell audiences with that information.

Until you accept, the pixel is not loaded and no request is made to Meta from this site. Declining limits no feature.

4. How to control them

Your answer to the cookie notice is stored in your browser for six months; after that we ask again. To change it sooner, clear this site data from your browser settings and the notice will reappear.

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, some site functions may stop working correctly.

When you open a WhatsApp conversation from the site, the destination service applies its own policies. ZYNGO SAS does not control those cookies.
