Terms and conditions of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the ZYNGO SAS website and the tools it offers, including ZYNGO Studio. By using the site you accept these conditions.

2. Nature of the estimate

The output of ZYNGO Studio is a preliminary estimate produced automatically from the description the user provides. It is NOT a quote, a commercial offer or a contractual commitment.

The final scope, timeline and value of a development are established solely in the commercial proposal prepared by the ZYNGO SAS team after the corresponding technical review, and are formalised by contract.

3. Permitted use

The user agrees to:

Provide truthful information in the site forms.
Not use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that affect third-party rights.
Not attempt to breach the security of the site or access restricted areas.
Not use ZYNGO Studio to process third-party confidential information without authorisation.

4. Intellectual property

The ZYNGO brand, the site design and the software behind it are the property of ZYNGO SAS. The description of the idea entered by the user remains theirs; ZYNGO uses it solely to generate the proposal and for the resulting commercial process.

Ownership of the source code and deliverables of each contracted project is defined in the relevant development contract.

5. Prices

This site does not publish prices or rates. No figure, range or estimate shown here constitutes an economic offer. The value of a development is agreed with the client in the commercial proposal, expressed in Colombian pesos and formalised by contract.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site continuously available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. ZYNGO SAS is not liable for business decisions the user makes relying solely on the automatically generated preliminary estimate.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the domicile of ZYNGO SAS.
