We only collect the data you choose to give us. The contact fields in ZYNGO Studio are optional.

• Identification and contact data: name, company, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Project information: the description of your idea, the industry and the budget range you indicate.
• Technical browsing data: page visited, date and time, and aggregated site usage data.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data only for the following purposes:

• Generate the preliminary proposal for your project and let you consult it.
• Contact you to expand on the information and prepare a commercial proposal.
• Deliver and invoice the services you contract.
• Improve how the site and our services work.

4. Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees, as the data subject you have the right to access, update and correct your personal data; request proof of the authorisation given; be informed of the use made of your data; file complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce; and revoke the authorisation or request deletion of your data where no legal or contractual duty prevents it.

5. Information security

We apply reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect the information: encryption in transit, role-based access control, an audit log and backups. No system is infallible, but we treat this information to the same standard we apply to the systems we build for our clients.

6. Processors and transfers

We may rely on infrastructure, email, analytics and artificial intelligence providers acting as data processors, who are bound to protect the information. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

7. Retention

Data is kept while a commercial relationship or a legitimate interest in the contact exists, and for any additional period required by law. This policy may be updated; the version in force is always the one published on this site.
